Receiving your order:

Thank you for choosing the Big Red Warehouse to supply your goods. As it is not always possible to be in to receive your goods, our couriers have instructions to leave your parcel with a neighbour and obtain a signature. In this event the couriers should leave you a card to advise you where your parcel has been left. If the driver is unable to obtain a signature upon delivery the driver may note on your card that he/she has either taken the parcel to your local Post Office or Sorting office for your collection, or they may have returned it to the depot for re-delivery. Should you be left with a delivery failure card this will contain important information such as the consignment number and a local depot telephone number with which you will need to quote when chasing your delivery.

    Please do not throw this card away before receiving your parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged, please type `damaged along with your signature upon delivery. It is important that you inspect your delivery as soon as you receive your order: You must advise Big Red Warehouse immediately if your delivery is incomplete or if any of the items are damaged. Big Red Warehouse will not be able to take action if notified later than three days.

    We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases from Big Red Warehouse. However in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order please notify us within 7 days.

    For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of mattresses, duvets or pillows once they have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.

    Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days following receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (Return postage/carrier cost will be the customers expense). We can arrange collection by our carrier for a cost of £10 per parcel (with exception to larger outdoor items and products over 30kg in weight
      call for more info) which will be deducted from any refund of non faulty products.

      Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to notify us if you wish to cancel your order. Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled and in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The responsibility and costs for the return of the goods is with the Buyer. Please ensure that you take care of the goods including the packaging when preparing to return.

      Furniture & outdoor items require self assembly. Regrettably, self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly has been part or fully completed.

      Returned goods must have the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) reference number supplied by us following contact, along with details of customer name, address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.

      Please obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back to us.

      Faulty product
      please notify us if you have received a faulty product and we will either replace the item, send replacement parts or refund in full. Big Red Warehouse definition of faulty product is a product with a manufacturing defect. Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
