Delivery and Shipping
We aim to dispatch your purchase to you within 24 hours of your purchase (or on the next working day* if ordered in an evening, at a weekend or on a bank holiday). Depending on the value and size of your order, it will be dispatched by one of the following methods -
*Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (UK time), except for UK Public and Bank Holidays. B.
We offer two types of delivery for you to choose from -
****** FREE DELIVERY ******
Free shipping by either Royal Mail 1st Class
Post or MyHermes Courier Service*.
The price you see is the price you pay!
UK - We will only ship by 1st Class Post (never 2nd Class). Royal Mail aim to deliver your item by 1st Class Post the next working day, however, at busy times of the year your delivery may take longer to arrive (e.g. Christmas). Any item dispatched via Royal Mail can take up to 14 working days to arrive before they will deem that the item has been lost.
EUROPE - We will dispatch items to Europe via Air Mail. The delivery estimate from Royal Mail is up to 5 working days, however, at busy times of the year your delivery may take longer to arrive. As with items dispatched to the UK, please allow 14 working days for delivery before reporting non-receipt of your item if it has not arrived
Courier to the UK - If your purchase is high value, or is particularly large, we may send it to you by a courier service. Depending on the time of your order, it may be dispatched to you on any day of the week,
but will always be dispatched within 24 hours (or on the next working day as above). We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the relevant courier network so you can see where your parcel is. Please note: if we
dispatch your parcel over a weekend or on a bank holiday this only means we have handed it to the courier, and their standard delivery service times will apply (with our current courier, they aim to deliver within 5 working days, but
the average we are seeing is 3 working days). The courier will either deliver to your door with a signature, place the parcel in a safe place, leave it with a neighbour or if none of these are available, they will re-attempt delivery. You should receive a card from the courier through the door advising which of these is applicable if you are not available to receive your parcel.
*We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service as necessary if your item is too large/heavy for MyHermes to deliver to you. This will not affect your items delivery schedule, and will not add any additional cost to your order
****** EXPRESS DELIVERY ******
Express Delivery items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail Signed For Guaranteed by 1PM on the next working day* or Parcelforce Express 24. We don't charge a "flat fee"; the Express Delivery cost will be individually calculated for each product. Service offered on selected items. At the Checkout, please choose the Express Delivery option to see the additional charge for this service if available for your chosen item. This service is currently only available for
orders within the UK.
*Delivery estimates only. Deliveries to remote areas of the UK may take slightly longer. Deliveries may also be delayed by circumstances outside of the control of Biohazrd LTD and the chosen delivery service. All orders will be dispatched within our set delivery guidelines
PLEASE NOTE, if you are buying more than one item from us, we do not as a rule combine Express Shipping items with items where you have not chosen Express shipping, however at busy times of the year for the delivery services, we may opt to do so (at no additional cost to yourself) to ensure that all of your purchases from us arrive together in a timely fashion. If you are buying more than one item from us and select Express Shipping for multiple items in your basket, we will try and combine the items into as few parcels as possible for you, and once we know the exact shipping cost to us, we will credit back any excess shipping charge you have paid.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
All of our items ship from stock (we do not have to order them in to send them, or have them sent from another location), so if we are selling it, we physically have it.
We also DO NOT confirm an item has been dispatched until we have handed your parcel to either the Post Office (and obtained a proof of posting), or handed it to our courier (and have a tracking number to provide), so when you receive the notification that your parcel has been dispatched, you can rest assured that it has been picked, packed and is on its way to you.
****** IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE ******
When placing your order, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address, as we are only able to dispatch to the address on your order. If you have made an error, and have the incorrect shipping address, please let us know ASAP if you are unable to cancel the order and change the address, as we will need to cancel the order for you, and if it has been picked and packed we may not be able to stop it from shipping. Credits for items which are returned to us by the Postal or Courier Services due to an incorrect address provided by you WILL be subject to a surcharge against the credit amount refunded to you. Surcharge amount will vary dependant on the type of courier/postal service used to dispatch your item, but will not exceed the amount of the item purchased.
