All delivery options are subject to goods being in stock and ready for dispatch.
If the courier attempts delivery and there is no one available to sign for and receive the goods we are unable to refund the shipping charges.
- Our couriers will attempt to deliver each parcel at least twice before returning a parcel to us and in most cases will leave you with a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver.
- Please note that any orders returned to us where the courier has attempted delivery could be subject to a £9.95 failed delivery and additional postage would have to be charged to post the item again.
- We can, if you prefer refund the item instead of sending it again.
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase - but on the off chance you change your mind and wish to return the item please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase by contacting us at info@ boysstuff .co .uk.
We recommend you use a tracked service to get items back to us - neither BoysStuff nor any third party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods being returned are packaged to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. We will process your return as soon as we can ?? in most cases within a few days, but always within 28 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed promptly once we have received the returned product. However please note that there can be a delay of up to 10 days between our processing the refund to your card and it showing on your bank or card statement. This is how the banking system operates and is outside our control. The cost of your item will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase via the Play.com system. Delivery or gift-wrapping charges are not refunded, unless the item was deemed to be faulty when received.
Please be aware that if an item has been modified, misused, damaged and/or is not in resalable condition we will not be able to provide a refund/replacement. When returning goods they must be sent back in their original condition and packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for consumer perishables such as food and drink products, flowers and personalised gifts. In addition, we are unable to accept returns for personal items such as under garments, earrings or toiletries etc unless they are unopened and in their original packing.
