RETURNS

We are committed to selling quality products we hope you will enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

  • You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.
  • Please notify us through your play account or webby@chipsworld.co.uk to request a return for refund/exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
  • Unwanted item returns are subject to a 20% handling / re-stocking fee. If unsure please contact us to confirm.
  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
  • Any sealed DVD, CD, Software or Video Game media that have been opened are excluded from this policy.

Faulty products

  • In the event of a fault developing within 1 year of purchase, a full refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification that it is a genuine fault
    with the item and not due to misuse.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

  • In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please accept our apologies. Please notify us and we will then advise the return details so we can arrange a replacement product.

General Terms:

  • If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported fault is confirmed upon testing/inspection of the item.
  • For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your  name.
  • Please include the original invoice that came with your order, or your order number,  So that we can track and find your details within our system.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns. Refunds can only be made back via your play account that you paid from.
  • If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued
  • Should you wish for a replacement item instead of refund, please include a note in with the item stating this.
