If you decide you do not want to keep the item you may return it to us at your own expense for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.*
Faulty item: If your item develops a fault please contact the publisher or manufacturer for technical help/repair before contacting us.
Damaged item: The majority of orders are packaged in a padded envelope which usually protects the item inside; unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transit. If your item is damaged we will offer a replacement item or you may return it for a full refund.
Incorrect Item: If you are sent the incorrect item it is likely a mistake with the packing, In this case please contact us and we will send out the correct item.
Note: We will only cover the return postage cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
*We do NOT accept returns on opened games or opened software. Only exchanges for defective items will be given. We also do NOT accept returns on digital goods which have been delivered via email (such as software licence keys or XBOX Live Membership codes).
