Return or exchange goods bought from Camisera Clothing


Should your item has not yet been dispatched you have the right to cancel your order immediately at no costs. (All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.)

14 days cooling off period

Should your order has been received and you wish to return for exchange, simply email sales@camisera.co.uk and advise what item you would like to exchange it for. Please include the invoice from the parcel you received, or your name and order number, so we know whom the inquiry is from.

Should your order has been received and you just wish to return the item, we will issue a full refund for the price upon the returning of the goods. 
Our only stipulation is that they are in a re-saleable condition. 
The tags should not be removed, the garment should not be worn or damaged, the packaging is returned un-ripped and if you are returning shoes they should be returned in the original and re-usable box.

Upon receiving of the goods in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue refund (or send out an exchange) within same day of receipt (Monday/Friday), and you should see the refund in your account within 3 or 4 working days.

We recommend that, for your own protection, you send your package back by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. They insure goods up to £500 and this cover can be increased to £1,000 by just paying a small premium. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only insures goods up to £39 on the other hand. 
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post. The mailing costs of the returned goods are your responsibility except for faulty or damaged items.

All initial postage and packaging costs are retained by the seller
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Returns Address is provided on your purchase invoice that came with your package and also on the side of your postage label

Complaints Procedure 
All queries should be emailed to sales@camisera.co.uk and will be generally dealt within the next 3 hours. We will advise you in case of delay if we need to investigate the query further.
