Shipping Information

Your order

 We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours.

UK Orders are all shipped by Royal Mail and usually take 1-3 days to arrive
International orders are normally shipped via Airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service.

Please note that our shipping timescales can not be guaranteed.  We regret that delays may occur, especially during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and severe weather conditions.

Cancellation/Change of address on order

We process all orders on receipt and may be able to cancel or change address but if you find that you've placed an order with an error. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any amends but please ensure that you check that your order details are correct prior to submission.

Returns

30 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee

We are sure you will love your purchases, however if you change your mind for any reason, rest assured you can return them to us. All we ask is that you return the goods within 30 days of receipt and that all items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging intact (if any). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Items

You can return a product within 30 days of the date you received it and we will refund you any money you have paid us for that product (excluding any postage paid). The product must be in as new condition and complete with all packaging and tags (if any). Simply email us for a returns process, attach the appropriate postage (non-refundable) and then contact us by email us so we know to expect it.

If you return a product that is not in as new condition, we reserve the right to either return the product to you, or reimburse you in crediy rather than refund your original payment method.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty or not what you ordered, please accept our apologies, we know how frustrating this is. Please contact us via email and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Upon receipt of faulty goods/orders, we will reimburse you for the return postage in full.

For all returns, we suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate (provided free) from your Post Office, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Once we receive the item back, we will email you and process your refund.

Some products and services are excluded from this returns policy. These include food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
