Where do you deliver to?
Not all of our products ship outside the
UK. So please contact us to check if your product can be shipped abroad. You can get us on sales@shopcargobox.com

Is postage included?
Yes. Postage is included if delivery is within the UK. For orders outside of the UK there will be an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

Do orders always arrive on time?
The team at Cargobox work very hard to ensure that all parcels are shipped within 48 hours of receiving an order so that your purchase gets to you as quickly as possible. the majority of our parcels are delivered within 3-4 days.  However, every now and again a parcel may be delayed or even go missing.  Royal Mail allow 15 days before they consider a parcel as "lost" so if after this time your parcel still has not been delivered please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do what we can to sort it out for you.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order please contact us on sales@shopcargobox.com and our customer services team will do what they can to help. They are available to answer your queries 9 a.m. through to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.


You have 14 days to return your item either for a refund or a replacement. If you are retruning your purchase beacuse you do not want it, you don't like the look of it or your other half bought it for you despite your hints that you wanted a weekend away, we ask that it is unopened and in mint conditionIf you have to return an item though a fault of ours then we will pay for the return postage costs incurred and replace or refund accordingly.
