Refunds & Returns

We hope you will be
pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought
from CompuZone store we will be happy to refund or exchange a product
providing it is returned to us within 7 working days from receipt of
goods. Goods must be returned to us in the original resalable condition
otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s) Please
note you will be responsble for all costs in returning the goods to us.

Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds to be processed.

To arrange a refund/exchange please request an RMA number by contacting tech@compu-zone.co.uk.

Goods
damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours and we may ask for
photographic evidence Missing or incomplete items/upgrades must be
reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Shipping Information

Typcially orders will arrive within 2-5 working days
Upgrades
to systems and certain laptop models may take up to 7 working days to
arrive. Smaller items are usually shipped by Royal Mail and arrive
within 3-5 working days.

Warranty Information

Refurbished Desktops and Laptops computers come with a 3 Month RTB hardware warranty
(unless otherwise stated). Warranty does not cover software related
incidents through user error, such as tampering with software
settings,
Virus/Spyware infections etc. Batteries on refurbished laptops are
treated as consumable items and are not covered under the warranty.
