our online operation (we also have an actual shop), we have one simple
objective, everything that we sell we have the physical stocks in our

products are dispatched from UK only. NO overseas dispatches! You can
be sure that your order will arrive fast and secure. (As long as Royal
Mail done their part, no strike on their staff.....)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subjected to import
taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The
recipient of the international shipment is solely responsible for the payment such import
taxes, customs duties and fees.

For customers of Malta and Gibraltar, please use the Euro Price listing, NOT the UK price listing. Thank you.


If a product is faulty or not working, please email us first or call us (our telephone number is on your receipt). We might be able to help you getting your product working.

We are happy to refund/exchange any unwanted product within 7 working days from dispatch. Please state the reason for returns.

As long as they are unused and in their original unopened packaging. Additional condition applied for the lingerie products. Please see lingerie section for more details.

Please email us via your Play account before sending any goods back with your full name and order ID number.

When returning any products please make sure that youuse a Royal Mail recorded service so any losses made in the post can be claimed back.

Please note any postage incurred returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.

A full refund will be made once we receive your unwanted item(s) back. However after inspection if item(s) are sent back in a non-resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 25% of the price paid.

In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after 14 working days (20 days
for International orders) but unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to risk of fraudulent claims.


All products come with a 12-month warranty; however, for some items the customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly forreplacement/repair and others we will replace. We will advise which is applicable.

This Warranty (for all products) specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear.

In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc), consumables (plug fuses, cables, batteries, ink cartridges etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.
