Returns and refund policy

14 day return policy:-

You may return the product for any reason within 14 days of
purchase for a refund less the ACTUAL cost of delivery (max £6 for UK purchases) regardless
of whether free postage was offered on the listing. Refunds will normally be
processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. If the item is not
returned in its original condition - ie damaged, dirty, without accessories or
without original packaging we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs from
the refund to restore the item to saleable condition.

Faulty products:-

If any products are faulty or defective contact us to
authorise a return. The product must be returned to us (or our supplier) within
14 days of delivery. Where only a part or accessory of the product is faulty we
may only replace that part. We will reimburse the buyer for the amount of the
return postage service that we suggested. We shall replace the products free of
charge and redeliver them at our own cost. If we are unable to replace them we
will refund the total price paid for the product including postage.

Incorrect orders:-

In the unlikely event that we ship the wrong item please notify
us within 7 days of  delivery. The
product must be returned in original packaging and we will send the correct
order and pay postage costs as we would for a faulty products.

Disclaimer: We will not be liable for any damages, costs,
losses (including without limitation- 
economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, interruptions to
business, depletion of goodwill or reputation, and/or loss of commission),
claims or liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential, incurred by
you due to our inability to replace the product or due to any delay in
replacing the product.
