Do you have this item in another size, style or color?

Unfortunately, if the item is not listed in our website, then we do not have it in stock.


Can I pick up my item as I??m local?

Sorry... We are located in an industrial area and do not offer customer collections.


Can I have a discount?

Our products are priced at rock bottom prices! You can expect to see the same products on the high street for anything up to 80% more ?? no joke! 


How do return/refunds work?

We include a returns section on all invoices making it as easy as pie for you to return any unwanted item/s (though we hope it wont get to that stage!). We aim to process returns within 48 hours of us receiving the goods back. You will be contacted through our returns department via email notifying you of any progress made. What do I do if my item was sent in error or is faulty?

On the (very) rare occasion that the item you received is faulty or sent in error, please contact us prior to returning it and we will provide with details for the next steps.
