We are proud to offer a no quibble returns policy valid for 30 days from date of shipping. If you need to exchange or return an item then please follow the instructions on the returns note that came with your delivery. If you do not have this then please return your order to:

Please ensure that you enclose your order number, we also recommend that you use a signed for service since we can not be held responsible for returns not received here.
Upon receipt of your unwanted item and the completed exchange form we will begin to process this as a normal order and you can expect to be in receipt of exchange with 3 to 5 days.
In the event that you require a refund then subject to acceptance we will issue this to the payment method originally used within 14 days of receipt of return.
General Return Notes
For hygienic purposes, when trying on any garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, tags or accessories until you are happy with you purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting you return.
In the event that you require a refund then postage charges will also be returned unless you have chosen the Next Day or Saturday shipping service and in this instance we will refund only the item cost. We recommend that you return items by a trackable method and these costs will be your responsibility unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.
