In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, a replacement or full refund will be offered if you contact us within 30 days of receipt. For our UK customers, we provide a free post address to return the item(s). For customers outside the UK the cost of the postage will be refunded. Should you wish to return a non-faulty item(s) you may do so within 7 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original condition (i.e factory sealed) and will receive a full refund for the cost of the item. The refund will be issued on our receipt of the item(s). Returns that fall outside of these parameters (e.g not in their original condition) will be refunded at our discretion and may incur a charge. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us in this situation will not be refunded. Please ensure you contact our friendly team via email before posting, to receive information on how to return the item(s).
