DELIVERY POLICY

WE POST EVERYDAY MON-FRI WITH NIGHTFREIGHT AND ROYAL MAIL PACKET POST
WE SHIP 2ND CLASS WITH ROYAL MAIL PACKET POST AND NEXT DAY WITH NIGHTFREIGHT
WE SHIP BY COURIER TO MAINLAND UK POSTCODES ONLY(EXCLUDES HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS) AND BY ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS TO ALL UK POSTCODES
ROYAL MAIL AIMS TO DELIVER 2ND CLASS POST WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS BUT ALLOW UPTO 15 WORKING DAYS

RETURNS:
 FAULTY GOODS (COURIER DELIVERY ONLY) PLEASE INSPECT GOODS ON ARRIVAL AND SIGN FOR THEM ONLY IF YOU ARE SATISFIED GOODS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR ARE SHORT PLEASE SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED OR SHORT. DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF DAMAGED,SHORT OR FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF GOODS BEING SIGNED FOR AND THE GOODS MUST HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED OR SHORT. IF NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY.WE WILL ARRANGE COLLECTION OF SAID GOODS AND REPLACEMENTS WITHIN 7 DAYS. IF WE CANNOT REPLACE GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
FAULTY GOODS (ROYAL MAIL ONLY) If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email us with your problem before leaving bad feedback. We pride ourselves on customer service and will try to sort out your grievence.
 Items can be returned for any reason but must be sent back in all original packaging. If you have received your item by royal mail and want or need to return it just cross out your address and write return to sender on the packaging.
There is no need to add postage as we use postage paid labels. Postage costs for sending and returning items are the Buyers responsibility unless the item was not correctly described.
If you haven't had a reply to your email within 72 hours please email again as emails do go astray.
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF DAMAGED,SHORT OR FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF GOODS BEING DELIVERED. ANY CLAIMS CAN BE MADE FROM ROYAL MAIL AS WE KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE. WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN ANY CLAIMS WITH ROYAL MAIL. NON FAULTY GOODS THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 (SI 2334/2000) INTRODUCES A COOLING OFF PERIOD,I,E, A RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. YOU MAY RETURN ANY GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE BY RECORDED DELIVERY OR SIGNED FOR COURIER AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, AS LONG AS THE GOODS AND PACKAGING ARE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION. WHEN THE GOODS ARE RECIEVED WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND MINUS THE DELIVERY COSTS.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE GOODS:

Please email as via your Play account before sending any defective goods back with your full name and order ID number so we can deal with your return quickly. We aim to answer all emails with 12-24 hours (not including weekends
and bank holidays).

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS
We are happy to refund/exchange any unwanted goods within 7 working days from dispatch as long as they are unused and in their original unopened packaging. Please email as via your Play account before sending any goods back with your full name and order ID number. When returning any goods please make sure that you use a Royal Mail recorded service so any losses made in post can be claimed back. Please note any postage incurred returning the item(s) to us
will not be refunded. A full refund will be made once we receive your unwanted item(s) back. However after inspection if item(s) are sent back in a non-resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the price paid.

FREE DELIVERY:

We offer Free delivery to UK Mainland only & same day dispatch if orders are received before 1pm. This excludes bank holidays, weekends and busy periods of the year. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. At Present we cannot offer
free delivery to Guernsey or Jersey on large items.
