Q - Is this product new or refurbished?
A- We are specialists in refurbished products; the vast majority of our products are refurbished, as we do occasionally get some Brand New products. All products will be refurbished unless stated otherwise in the listing. If a product is Brand New it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Q - What is refurbished?
A- Customers return products for many reasons: it may have been unsuitable, an unwanted gift or simply because they have changed their mind. Products identified by Electrical-Deals as 'refurbished' are products that have been returned to retailers, supermarkets and manufacturers and then passed on to our parent company Servicecare. They are then checked, inspected, repaired if necessary, graded and reboxed complete with all necessary accessories. This item may or may not be in its original packaging, even if supplied in original packaging this may be slightly marked and alternative packaging material maybe used for internal packaging. Refurbished items do NOT come with batteries or non-essential accessories.
Q - So how exactly are these product refurbished?
A- Every product we have for sale has had a thorough examination. We check and inspect them, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition. Some may have minor cosmetic blemishes.

Q - How do I pay?
A- For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through the Play Checkout.
Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice.
Q - How long will the delivery take?
A- Most items will be despatched the next working day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Delivery of Large items may take up to 5 days from despatch, however you will be informed of your actual delivery date.
Q - What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
A- Our couriers should contact you via email and/or Text message (DPD Deliveries only) to advise you of an approximate delivery time. However if you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
Q - Do you deliver outside the UK?
A- No, We currently only ship products to the UK mainland including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight (excluding Plasma TV??s) Please note: We are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Islands We currently do not ship to countries outside of the UK.
Q- How long do I have to return my product?
A- Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to the Electrical-Deals eBay Team.
Under our Electrical-Deals Refund Policy, you have 60 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund or and exchange.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
The Electrical Deals 12 month repair warranty applies to all purchases from the Electrical-Deals eBay shop and starts from the day after you receive your product. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims where the purchase is or appears to be of a trade or business nature.

Q - How do I arrange a return?
A- To return an item to Electrical-Deals, you must obtain a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RMA Number) from a member of our Return Support team on 0161 688 1542. Once you have received your unique number, we can arrange for the items to be returned to us here at Electrical-Deals.
