RETURNS AND REFUNDSUnder The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions. The Buyer must obtain a Return Form by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Returns Form will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Emartbuy.co.uk. Emartbuy.co.uk reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All Goods are returned at the Buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shortages in order received
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform Emartbuy within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply notify us by email to email@example.com, obtain a Return's Form and return it in its original re-saleable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion.
Incorrect goods ordered
Sometimes we order a product not knowing if it will be suitable for the device ordered for. If you have ordered the wrong product, email firstname.lastname@example.org, obtain a Returns form, send the product unopened and in its original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. Emartbuy.co.uk reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product that is returned is not faulty or has been opened. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
Goods damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 0871 2107035. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
