Delivery and Returns

Below is an outline of our delivery, exchange and return policies.

FREE DELIVERY VIA ROYAL MAIL

- We offer FREE UK and European delivery as standard on all orders.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch
(please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders and 5-10 working days for European orders).

- You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED

Please note, we need to allow 7-14 days from date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-delivery of your order. If after this time, you have still not received your order, please contact us and we will investigate.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from FANPAC so if for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice, to return any unwanted goods to us. Unwanted goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable, unused condition and postage costs are non-refundable.

Please include the following information with your unwanted goods, it helps us to process your refund quicker!

- Your name
- Address
- Contact number
- Reason for return

We will issue a full refund (excluding postage costs) and will notify you via email once this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed and will be credited back to you via your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days once you have received your confirmation email for the refund to hit your account and appear on your statement. If, after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us on info@fanpaconline.com

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to make an exchange, please return the unwanted goods in their original packaging in a re-saleable, unused condition within 30 days.

Please include the following information with your unwanted goods, it helps us to process your exchange quicker!

- Order number
- Your name
- Address
- Contact number
- Reason for exchange along with the details of the item you want

To avoid disappointment, email us via info@fanpaconline.comwith details of your exchange and the item you would like instead. If the item is available, we will reserve it for you.

WRONG ITEM

Though we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction, there may be the rare hiccup. Should you receive the wrong item by mistake, please email us follow the exchange procedure above.
