We operate a seven day no-quibble cancellation and returns policy for goods bought on FinluxDirect.com. If you wish to return any products for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and instructions for return. Please note that for an item to be accepted for return and refund, it must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is not received in accordance with these requirements.

How to arrange a return (and obtain a RMA number)

If you would like to arrange a return, please email us at returns@finluxdirect.com, and include:

  • Your original order number
  • Reason for return

We will respond confirming your RMA number and provide advice on how to return your product.

Your responsibilities

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products back to us, unless you are cancelling the order within 7 days because the products are damaged, defective or do not meet their description, in which case we will arrange collection. Regardless of the reason for return, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and during transport back to us. Taking reasonable care means you must return the products to us in 'as new' condition, in their original packaging, with any software provided still sealed, and complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with them. If you fail to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and return them to us in a damaged state, we may take action against you to recover any loss in value of the products arising from your breach of this statutory duty.

For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping or extended warranties).

As soon as we receive the item(s) back, and they have been confirmed un-damaged and in their original `as new?? condition, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge; we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, visit the Department of Trade and Industry's website.

Refund arrangements

Provided the products are returned in 'as new' condition, we will endeavor to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you initially incurred in getting the products to you (standard delivery charges), no later than 14 days from and including the day on which we received the returned item(s) and notified you that the return has been approved.
