In the event of non-delivery, please allow 10 working days before contacting us. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.

In the event your order is damaged or defective, we will cover returns postage and offer a refund or replacement if possible.
If you would just like to return a product that was not damaged, returns postage will be covered by the buyer.
