Orders within mainland UK are despatched via Royal Mail Second Class.
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be despatched and should arrive within 5 working days.
Once you place an order with GadgetyGifts we know you will want your goods as soon as possible. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will let you know when you can expect delivery.
We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
To return an item contact us on 0870 701 9596 and we will issue a Returns Code. Please ensure you obtain this code or we will not be able to process your request.
Faulty item? Return within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.
Change of mind? Please return item in perfect, re-saleable condition (including packaging, instructions, etc) in order to ensure a refund. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. wrapping and delivery charge. Please make sure you return the goods within 30 days of purchase.
Lost in transit? You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please note In all instances GadgetyGifts shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
