We ship via Royal Mail First Class for our games/accessories and via courier for larger items. All orders placed
before 3pm Monday-Friday ship the same day - there may be a delay in shipping your order if Play.com
does not approve it instantly and require further verification.
The majority of items arrive within 3-5 working days. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact your local
sorting office for delivery information . Sometimes items get delayed while being sorted at different depots.

Delayed / Lost Parcels
Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 14 working days to deliver before an item can be declared missing.
If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact us.
We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable
to take action until 14 working days from dispatch have passed.
