My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?
Within the UK the majority of First Class deliveries arrive
within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Unfortunately, sometimes items may take
longer due to postal service delays and backlogs. Please allow 14 working days for
your item to be delivered.
We do like to keep up to date with items that have not been
received by our customers, so, if after 7 working days your item has not
arrived, please feel free to contact us and we will do our utmost to help.
When you order from GameSlot, you receive a dispatcher message.
The first person who you should contact about your delayed item is your dispatcher. They will then make note
of this missing order and take the relevant steps to assist you.
I've contacted my local sorting office and they don't have
the item. What can be done?
Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 14 working days to
deliver before an item can be declared missing.
If after this time your item has still not arrived please
contact your dispatcher and they will
assist you with the further steps. We are happy to replace items (stock
pending) or offer a full refund.
I have ordered a used game.
Does this game include an online code?
Any used item in stock which has online codes enclosed will be
posted with these codes in the case. However this is not a pre-requisite for
our stock items so a code will not always be enclosed as the previous owner may
have discarded it after use.
Also, being that this item is classed as *USED* there is no
guarantee that any on-line codes will still be valid.
I'd like to return an item. How do I do this?
Please contact your item dispatcher and they will guide you
through the needed steps to complete this process.
All items must be returned as they were received.
