All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment
being received.

E-mail confirmation will be sent to let you know that your item
has been dispatched.

Please allow 14 working days before contacting us regarding loss
of the item in the postal service. If this is a courier delivery that has not
arrived please contact us as soon as possible.

We do advise that you check that your item has not been left with a
neighbour or any external cupboards that may be available to put items in that
are too large to fit through the letter box. It may also be the case that the
item has been returned to your local sorting office, we advise that you contact
your local sorting office to see it has been returned awaiting collection.

If your item has not arrived within 14 working days please contact
us and we will either replace the item or refund you in full via the payment
method used. (Please note that we need to allow 21 days for the EU.)

Larger items of high value will be sent via our couriers Interlink
Express within the UK or DHL for the EU.

For UK deliveries via Interlink Express you will receive an e-mail
or Text from Interlink express giving you a 1 hour delivery window. If you are
not available at this time you may re-arrange the delivery through Interlink. Alternatively
if you miss the delivery you can re-arrange the delivery via Interlinks website
with the delivery card that would have been left/

Royal mail 1st Class aims to deliver next day although this is not
guaranteed.

Royal mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2 to 5 days.

Express DHL delivery will vary depending on the zone that you are
in.

DHL Express courier do aim to deliver within 1 to 6 days depending
