We offer free UK delivery to all our UK customers on all of our products (excluding some parts of Northern Ireland and some regions of Scotland). All games are dispatched within 1 working day, and delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. We expect you to receive your order within 1 / 4 working days. Hardware and accessories are dispatched within 2 working days from our distribution warehouse and delivered by our courier service provided by Interlink. We expect you will receive your order within 3 / 5 working days (Mon / Fri ). Our courier will contact you by either text or email, or both depending what records we hold for you on you account.  This correspondence will take place on the day of dispatch, giving you a delivery time window.


Missing parcels

On rare occasions we understand that items may get lost or go missing in the post via the Royal Mail service we use. Royal Mail wait up to 15 working days to declare a parcel lost or missing, please allow 15 working days until you contact us about the item, we will automatically send you a replacement if your order hasn't been received after 15 working days.

1.1 If you are unhappy with the Products for any reason or you change your mind, you may return them to us at your own cost within 7 calendar days of receipt if you send us the proof of purchase.  We will refund you the price paid for the Products provided that:-

(a) in the case of computer games or computer software the Products have not been unsealed, nor has any security seal been removed;

(b)  in the case of membership vouchers sold for on-line gaming the scratch cover is intact and undamaged and the membership voucher is usable;

(c)        in the case of games consoles and accessories the Products are in their original packaging and have not been opened or unsealed and are undamaged and capable of use in the usual way.

1.2 This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in relation to the Products that are faulty or not as described.  Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens?? Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
