Company History:

GizzmoHeaven was founded in 2007 with the clear aim of providing the latest and greatest memory cards, gadgets and computer accessories at the most affordable prices.

Coming from technical and computing backgrounds, the products we sell are the products we know and use on a daily basis. We use this experience to test and evaluate all our products before listing them for sale.

Our main focus is your satisfaction and we pride ourselves on our friendly and comprehensive customer service. All email correspondences will be replied to within 24 hours and we guarantee to do our upmost to ensure your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable.

Our Delivery:

We have Warehouses in Jersey and Switzerland. Depending on the stock levels of the product ordered, we may dispatch from our warehouse in Switzerland. We are using Royal Mail - First Class mail services for dispatch from Jersey (Delivery Time 3-5 working days) and Standard International Mail Service (Delivery Time 3-5 working days) for dispatch from Switzerland.

Delivery Timescale:

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If your order is placed after 12pm please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the next working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days for processing/delivery.

Cancellations & Delivery Address Changes:

Please note that we're really efficient at picking, packing and processing your order - therefore the transaction will be processed swiftly. We're really proud of this efficiency, but it means we're not able to make any amendments to your order including changing the delivery address.  If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order, but we will allow you to return the item for a full refund under our return policy.

Returns Policy:

  • The item is faulty and the fault has not been caused by mis-use of the item.The item will then be returned and changed for a new one.
  • If the item is received broken or damaged and you have payed for postage insurance then the item may be returned and will be replaced.
  • If you are not happy with your item it can be returned for a full refund but shipping fees back to us will have to be payed by the customer.
  • Returns fees will only be payed by people who are not happy with the item and all other problems can be returned fee free and will be payed by us on our customer care program.
