Deliveries

The vast majority of orders are
dispatched within 1 - 2 days working days of receiving the order. We
distribute from various locations within the UK and also from The
Channel Islands and Switzerland. Please allow 4 to 6 working days
after dispatch for delivery to the UK and the rest of Europe.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

28 day returns guarantee

We
hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our
website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can
return it unused within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The date the
items were dispatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation
with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their
original packaging with their labels intact. You may exchange the item
for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full
refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery or in post charges).
The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order.
We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you
when the credit has been made to your card account. This is normally
within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exchange an item,
you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any
additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can
arrange payment.

so that we can tell you the returns procedure and we can issue you a
returns number. You must contact us before returning the item for the
return to be viable.
