How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Our orders are safely packaged and shipped within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 Service. All international orders are sent by Priority Air Mail. For alternative options please contact us.

Estimated destination delivery times are as follows: 

UK: 3 to 5 Working Days
Europe: 6 to 8 Working Days
USA: 8 to 10 Working Days
South America: 10 to 12 Working Days
Russia: 10 to 12 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 8 to 10 Working Days

What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive? 

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the time scales stated above please contact us for instructions. It is always worth checking with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding your package. 

In accordance with the guidelines set by Royal Mail here in the UK, parcels shall be classed as 'missing' after the following time scales: 

UK: 15 Working Days
Europe: 20 Working Days
USA: 25 Working Days
South America: 25 Working Days
Russia: 25 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 25 Working Days 

Once this time has been passed we will always issue you with your choice of a full refund or a replacement product [if available]. 

If a 'missing' parcel is not reported by the customer within a maximum 30 days of despatch, Great Gear Store Limited assume that your order has arrived and a claim cannot be submitted after this 30 day period.

All losses are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. All missing parcels are reported to Royal Mail [or the courier used] and you may be contacted by a third party to provide further information.

If any customer experiences repeated problems with missing items Great Gear Store Limited reserve the right to decline further orders from that customer.
Quoted delivery dates are based on Royal Mail's own estimated performance and we cannot under any circumstances guarantee delivery by a particular date for any orders.

In the event of a parcel being returned to us, either due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because the parcel was not collected from a Royal Mail delivery office, the customer will be required to pay for re-delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. In the event of a lost parcel due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address we will not be held responsible for non-delivery or loss and the customer is not entitled to a refund or replacement. Please make sure your details are correct before placing your order.
