All standard United Kingdom orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or a courier service and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive after being dispatched which usually happens within 2 working days of an order being placed.
All United Kingdom orders sent using the Express Delivery option are despatched within 1 working day and usually take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive from the time of despatch. Express Deliveries may arrive up to 9pm weekdays and also includes Saturday delivery at no extra cost.If you haven't received your goods within a week of receiving our email telling you your goods have been shipped please contact us.
Ifyou wish to return an item to us that is damaged, which you did not order, or for any other reason where the responsibility rests with us, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangementsto either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us or phoning our customer service line on 0844 88 00 600(Mon-Fri 9am-5pm GMT/BST).
Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us. In most cases we shall give you a freepost address to return them to us.
When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest obtaining at least a proof of posting from the post office and making a copy of invoice as your proof of purchase.
Webelieve that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to return your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.
If you want to return your order, within 14 days of having received your goods, you should fill out the returns form on the reverse of the invoice you received with your order, and return the goods to us along with the form. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. We can only accept unspoiled items in their original packaging as returns. Thisdoes not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Pleasenote we can not accept returns on posters or prints and underwear, swimwear, jewellery (such as earrings) and cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
