Welcome to our Neodymium Page
Neodymium magnets will lift approximately 1000 times their own weight
All neodymium magnets are made from a sintered powder containing Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe) and Boron (B). They are sometimes known as Neodym, Neod, Neo, NIB or NdFeB. Neodymium magnets are very versatile but must not be allowed to jump together or they crack, break or even shatter. Thin neodymium magnets do not flex and break if this is attempted.
Neodymium magnets are almost always coated to prevent them from rusting. The magnets we stock are usually nickel plated, but may be zinc, tin or gold plated or phosphate coated.
