All orders received before 3pm will mostly be dispatched on the same day.
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered or shipping address is also present on your order. Most deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and/or which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically if applicable. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. All of our products come with Free UK Mainland Delivery.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to three to five working days.
Large and/or expensive items are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery service with a one hour delivery window so you do not have to wait in all day for your parcel. When DPD deliver you will be given a one hour delivery window and notified of this by email. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the email to change it to any other conveient date. The option to select DPD Next Day Delivery is also available for small items at an small extra charge.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 7pm; we are unable to confirm a time if orders are shipped via Royal Mail. However, if DPD is used then you will as mentioned above be able to find out the exact one hour delivery window.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Hitari shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the link Contact Seller on your Play account or emailing us directly.
Please be aware that on rare occasions it may take up to 2-3 days to process an order for various reasons, which include additional security checks or a delay caused by courier service. If you have an urgent order, please contact us after your place your order to check on the status of your order. In such cases, we are not responsible for any delays that your order may incur and we are unable to refund you for the postage should your item not be delivered within the time originally intended.
