Free delivery is provided on everything. Sales are normally dispatched Monday - Friday by Royal Mail Second Class Post and should reach their destination within 2-3 days in accordance with advertised Royal Mail targets.

All items are dispatched from the UK mainland, normally by the next working day and many on the same day. A daily Certificate of Posting is obtained from our local Post Office covering all dispatches. However, as items are sometimes delayed in the post, please contact us by email if you have still not received your purchase after say 14 days. We always pursue missing items with Royal Mail and who then investigate on our behalf.


All goods are sold on the basis of a "no-quibble" guarantee. If you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately by e-mail before leaving feedback. We will endeavor to quickly resolve the matter to your satisfaction and if necessary, arrange for the item to be returned to us. In the case of a faulty product, the cost of return postage will be refunded as well as the full purchase price. As regards items which are no longer wanted or were ordered in error, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer in accordance with normal commercial practice.
