First Class Delivery: £4.50

Our aim is to deliver within 2-3 working days.

 

Express Delivery: £7.99

Next working day delivery for orders CHARGED before 12 noon.

Please be aware that delivery estimates may vary when ordering large kitchen appliances and large screen TVs (46"+). We will contact you within 2 working days of placing your order to arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you for these orders.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods to any off-shore destination.

We suggest you keep the original packaging in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

All prices include VAT. No contract is created until we have dispatched your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.

In the event a product is listed in error ie. if the item is out of stock or not in pristine condition we will contact you within 2 working days of the order being placed to inform you of the above.

It is your responsibility to check the goods upon delivery for damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note or refuse delivery if you are not happy to accept the damaged goods. Please inform us via the store page or from your order confirmation email of any refusals to deliveries.

Please be aware you must notify us within 48 hours of any damage, shortages or missing items from your order. You can do this via the "contact merchant" option within the product page or in your order confirmation email.

You have 7 days from date of delivery to inform us that you no longer want a product. Returns to us are made at your own cost and returns information can be obtained by contacting us. We cannot accept unwanted items back outside of this period. Please be aware that there may be a restocking charge applicable on items that have been opened. We cannot accept returns on products that have been registered ie. Computing and IT products and software (including games).

Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for. You may be charged for the subsequent re-booking of failed deliveries if the delivery company cannot complete the delivery and obtain a signature.
