We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there isno-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbouror in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or toconfirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can thencontact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date. Pleasenote that a signature may not always be required.
If the item you purchase from us is not suitable you may return the itemwithin 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you need to sendthe item back please note is it your responsibility to ensure it is returned tous as. We do advise to send via a tracked method and obtain a proof of postage.
If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange please do enclose a notewith reason for return and if an exchange is preferred please do include full exchangedetails such as size and/or colour if required.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in itsoriginal condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able toaccept the return. Please note if this is the case we will contact you andinform you. A refund/exchange will be issued within 1-2 working days and anemail confirmation sent when completed.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, withyour order details and if you would prefer an exchange or refund. For allfaulty and damaged items we will cover the cost of postage as long as you haveproof of receipt.
