UK Standard: Within 3 working days

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there is
no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour
or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to
confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then
contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date. Please
note that a signature may not always be required.


If the item you purchase from us is not suitable you may return the item
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you need to send
the item back please note is it your responsibility to ensure it is returned to
us as. We do advise to send via a tracked method and obtain a proof of postage.

If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange please do enclose a note
with reason for return and if an exchange is preferred please do include full exchange
details such as size and/or colour if required.

We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its
original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to
accept the return. Please note if this is the case we will contact you and
inform you. A refund/exchange will be issued within 1-2 working days and an
email confirmation sent when completed.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, with
your order details and if you would prefer an exchange or refund. For all
faulty and damaged items we will cover the cost of postage as long as you have
proof of receipt.
