All items are dispatched and delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order.

If your issue relates to a genuine manufacturer product, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly. We may ask you to do this if you feel the product failed to produce the yield you were originally expecting.

Exchange/Refund:We may ask you to return the product for testing if an item is suspected to be faulty. If an item is faulty, we will then give you an exchange or full refund plus any delivery charge paid.
If the item is not faulty, we are unable to offer refund or exchange for the item.
Ink Trader will not be liable to refund or exchange an item which does not have a fault but has been tested on a non-European specification printer (i.e Printers purchased in North/South America or Asia Pacific regions).

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:
Exchange/Refund: We will then give you an exchange or full refund minus the original delivery charge.
If you want to cancel an order you??ve just placed, please call us as soon as possible.
Owing to the fast moving nature and volume of items we process, all orders are processed within 24 hours, and therefore we cannot guarantee to be able to intercept a cancelled order prior to it being shipped.
If we ship an order which is subsequently cancelled, we will ask you to return the item prior to the order being cancelled and your money refunded.
