Please contact us with the reason you would like
to return the item. If the item is not as described/faulty/damaged then we will
cover the return postage costs and you will be entitled to a replacement item
without any extra cost (if available) or a full refund - depending on your
preference.

If the item is
simply unwanted or ordered in error then we will not be liable for any return
postage costs and cannot refund any postage costs as well. Upon arrival of the
item we will refund the item??s cost.

If an item has
been damaged during transit or is found to be faulty when used, we will ask for
the item to be returned to the following address that given below. Please include
a note details the original order number and as much information as possible regarding
the damage / fault. These items will be checked and then either replacement
items supplied or full refund will issued immediately. For these items, the
return postage costs will be reimbursed to you - however we would ask that you return
