How much do we charge for delivery? 

All our items are free delivery to the Mainland UK unless stated otherwise. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland and Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £19.95 for orders of any value. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order, if we need to send the order in more than one consignment the delivery charge will remain the same. Please note, we do not ship outside of the UK unless stated on our listings.

Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit?  

Yes absolutely, please check your product as soon as it arrives then please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item.

How quickly will I receive my order?  

Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. We dispatch all orders before 3pm on the day of receipt for next day delivery unless stated otherwise.

What if I am not home when you deliver my parcel?  

If you are not home, our courier shall leave a calling card so you can call them and arrange another delivery slot. Alternatively you can collect the parcel from your local depot.

Product guarantee

This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. This does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations or has been the subject of commercial use. In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us. If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the contract or return your item(s) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 working days from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.
All monies will be refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. We will refund your PayPal account with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. However the following points must be observed:

  • Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging if possible. Please ensure that the product is well packed so it does not get damaged on its return journey. The receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be returned with the unused item(s).
  • Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
