About Us

Lambland was established in 1961 and still runs as a family Business today, Our Harbour retail shop is based in the beautiful seaside resort of Ilfracombe on the north coast of Devon. 

Originally a seasonal business, but now, due to the increasing demandof luxurious natural products, such as our much sought after range of Sheepskin Rugs and Moccasins, the business is run , all year with the use of our ever increasing product range via our website.

In 2002 our newly opened High Street showroom, and stockrooms had become the main dispatching offices for our rapidly expanding Internet Business but In 2012, due to expansion demands and stock control logistics, our newly opened offices and warehouse situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park have now become our main dispatching premises for our rapidly growing Internet Business.

We ship to the UK using Royal Mail, and Parcel Force (Signed for up to 10KG) or standard parcel Delivery to a maximum weight of 20kg. European and Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail service to a maximum weight of 2Kg.

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class packages within 3 - 5 days after your order has been despatched (before 1pm) all Standard & 1st class parcels delivery is expected within three to five working days.
  • Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class packages within 3 - 10 days after your order has been despatched
  • As a guide Airmail to Western Europe is usually 3-5  days
    following the day of posting, Eastern Europe is usually 4 ?? 7 days
    following day of posting. Rest of World Airmail is usually 7 -10 working
    days following date of despatch.
  • Our Parcel Force 24 & 48 hour Week Day Service is a trackable service. Available 24 & 48 hours from Despatch date (not placement of order date) and is a weekday signed for service only. Parcels will NOT be left without a signature.
  • We normally despatch all orders within 2 working days (Usually 24 hours), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in case of postal delays which is beyond our control.

For urgent order please contact us by phone, or leave a message and we will do our very best to process your order as
quickly as possible. If we are unable to do this we will contact you as soon as we can


If you wish to return item/s please simply contact us via phone or email.

During the period 1st November until 24th December we have an extended Returns policy to allow for the Christmas period.
Any items purchased during the period 1st November till the 24th December can be exchanged or refunded. We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged. To qualify, all orders must be returned to us by the 31st January .

Lambland's procedure for any parcel which is not received by the recipient is as follows:
Upon receiving confirmation either verbally or by email or letter that aparcel has not been received and before a replacement can be sent on, our "Lost Parcel Claim Form" has to be completed and signed to confirm non receipt of goods and then returned to us in the enclosed pre paid envelope.Once we are in receipt of the signed "Lost Parcel Claim Form" a replacement parcel will then be forwarded on to the recipient. There can be no exceptions to this procedure.

Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will need your name, order number and details of theitem you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required.

We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged inthe post, we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.
