About Us

Treeline Holdings Limited has been trading since 1999 initially selling Fancy Dress but soon expanded into Party and now sells a Huge Range of Fancy Dress Costumes and Accessories Plus Party Decorations, Tableware, balloons etc.  Our shop is a festival of colours from Bright Pink Wigs to Summer Yellow Party Plates.  We have it all and more besides. Our Seasonal Ranges include Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Easter and we have some special things for Hen and Stag Parties.

Shipping

Items are despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. 

When do we ship?

Our normal shipping days are Monday to Friday. We do not ship weekends and bank holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Items normally  arrive within 3-5 working days from time of despatch . In the unlikely event that your item gets lost in the post, we will send a replacement after 15 working days has passed from time of despatch. We are unable to refund for items lost in post due to risk of fraudulent claims.

Address changes

Please note we can only send to the address that you have confirmed on your order.

Returns

Unwanted items:

As per distance selling regulations, please email us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return your item for a refund. Once you have received returns authorisation, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days. Items being returned must be in their original condition (ie unworn and tagged) must include all packing including header and inner display cards. Please take care when trying costumes on.  Costumes marked with makeup or smelling of strong perfume cannot be accepted back as a return.

As soon as your item has been received back and checked, we will with refund or replace your item. We will not, however refund any return postage costs.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

All items are checked prior to despatch and are securely packed but should your item arrived damaged or faulty, please email us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once the item has been received back and checked, we will either send out a replacement or issue a refund.
