Lifestyle Shop is a business and operates normal office hours Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. We can only respond to
questions during this time. Unfortunately, as we have secure warehouse, we cannot allow customer
collections or drop offs. Please note that Northern Ireland & Channel Islands will attract a delivery surcharge.

In most cases your item will be despatched on the same day that it is ordered (up to 2.00pm). We do allow
up to 2 working days for despatch of your item for DHL and Royal Mail collection delays and/or any postal
strikes. If your item is shipped via DHL you will receive a DHLtracking email when your item is despatched.

Delivery insurance
With all our listings we offer optional postal insurance. This is to cover items lost in transit and damage
occurred during delivery. **important** If your item gets lost in transit by DHL or Royal Mail and
you have not selected the optional insurance we cannot reimburse you for it. It is up to you to track and
trace where the item is and claim for any losses from the courier company directly. If you do select the extra
insurance then we will reimburse you in full if the item is lost. The above policy applies for damage
occurred whilst with the courier company.

We offer a no quibble 7 day returns policy with all our items, however the item needs to be returned
within 7 days from receipt and complete with all original packing (undamaged), leads, accessories etc??
...basically the condition it arrived to you in. We do not pay or reimburse for return postage or collection
costs under any circumstances. If you wish to return an item please contact us first for returns details.
