Lingerielle is a playful portmanteau of Lingerie and Elle. Lingerie is defined as a fashionable and alluring, visually appealing intimate apparel whereas Elle is the French intonation of illa in Latin, which envelopes the identify of a woman.

Lingerielle was created on a wintery day in September 2011 with a view to showcase the finest range of French and European (some yet to be discovered fully) designer intimate wear.

Working closely with leading brands like Passionata, Axami, Marlies Dekkers, Gerbe, Livco Corsetti, Chilirose; we are bringing a different approach to lingerie shopping when you want to treat yourself with something sexy and special or just want to refresh your wardrobe with some bras and bottoms.

  • We have Same Day Dispatch policy for all the orders received before 4pm on weekdays and before 11am on Saturdays

  • We have partnered with two leading reliable names to ensure that your orders reach you on-time. UPS and Royal Mail handle all our deliveries and ensure delivery on time.
  • All the orders are securely packed in discreet packaging. Many of our products come in signature brand packaging ideal for gifting.
  • All UK orders are usually deliverd within 3 working days. If you don't receive your order within 3 working days, inquire with your neighbours if they have received the package in your absense. Orders shipped to EU countries outside UK are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. You can always contact our friendly customer service in case of any problems.

        Prompt Refund

        We will refund the amount only via Play.com. We cannot refund the amount directly to you due to legal obligations

        • This means that if you have received a gift bought from us and if you return it to us for a refund then we will refund only to the person who originally purchased the item from us. We cannot refund to any other person for statutory reasons
        • We refund the full product price paid at the time of ordering subject to the conditions of return detailed above
