All items are NEW unless otherwise stated and will be dispatched, in a 
new Jiffy bag, the same day if at all possible. Delays can occur if the 
item has sold out elsewhere but MOST items can be re-ordered and 
dispatched within a few days. If an item is ultimately unavailable a 
full refund will be given as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are INCLUDED in the selling price 

Note: Although I send all items by Standard UK AIRMAIL, EXCEPT LARGE
ITEMS LIKE BOX SETS OR LPS, Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery and
they will not accept any claims for loss until 15 working days (UK) or
21 working days (International) have passed from the date of posting.

Please contact me, at anytime, if you are at all concerned about delivery but I cannot 
refund or replace until this time period has passed.
