Q. Some of the descriptions say unlocked, are these phones really unlocked, will they work on any network?

A. Yes, most of our iPhones are fully factory unlocked and sim free (unless otherwise stated in Product Title). They will work on any network anywhere in the world and never relock. Non-Apple mobile phones will be unlocked, but not factory unlocked, unless otherwise stated.

Q. What does factory unlocked, or sim free, mean?

A.This means that the phones have not been unlocked by software, or 'jailbroken'. They have been unlocked by the carrier, and so will now work on any network without relocking. It also means you can update the software without it relocking too.

Q. Do I get a sim card with the phone?

A. Our phones are handset only unless otherwise stated in the description, no contract or airtime is included.

Q. Can I update the software or reset the iphone without it relocking?

A. Yes, you can update the software and reset the iphone if you wish - these iphones will never relock.

Q. What is the actual condition of the phones - how bad are the scratches etc?

A. The phones listed will always comply with the description in the listing. Our phones are brand new or used but in really good condition and we always ensure we give you full information on any scratching or scuffing by carefully describing the phones. Q. What do I get with the phone - does it come boxed, with charger and ear phones and manuals etc?

A.All our phones come boxed with a USB data cable for charginging and syncing. We do not supply headphones, manuals, or any other accessories with the phones. iPhones have a built in manual which is accessible via the settings. For any other model, you can normally download an e-version of the user manual from the internet.Please note that the boxes we send the phones in are non-original.

Q. Do the phones work properly? Do I get any kind of guarantee?

A.Our phones are fully tested before being deemed fit for resale - please be assured our phones are fully operational and functional. We also offer a free 60-day warranty on all Major Deal handsets (2 months on iPads).

Q. What happens if my phones reception is not good?

A.We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy, so if you find that your phone doesn't have a signal at your home or office, or if you simply don't like it, you can send it back for a full refund.

Q. What happens if if the battery life is not as expected?

A.We have fully tested our phones to make sure that they work perfectly, however with some used phones, the battery could have deteriorated. We know this, and so as such if you are not happy with your phone simply send it back under our 30 day warranty.

Q. I live overseas, how much will delivery be and how long will it take?

A. We can ship to most of Europe, shipping details/costs are available on request. Shipping times vary, but can take up to 14 days or longer in some cases. We will always send you the Courier tracking number.

Q. Can I track my phone once it's been shipped?

A.You certainly can, your tracking number will provide you with all the details of the delivery of your phone from the moment that it leaves us,until it safely reaches you.
