Delivery will take approx 5-7 working days once dispatched

We will not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays. 
Delivery times are between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.  

If you are not in to receive your delivery a card will be left by the carrier, please use the details on the card to re-arrange a suitable day for delivery.  
Failure to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery or collect goods from the Royal Mail will lead to goods being returned to Micro Scooters which may result in extra postage being charged for redelivery.

Returns procedure

  1. You will find a returns form on the reverse of your delivery note if you do not have this please contact Customer Services  0333 320 1031 who will email you a Returns Form
  2. Fill out the form indicating the reson for return and your choice of exchange or refund.
  3. Repackage the item securely and attach the form where possible to the outside of the parcel. Or place inside the parcel.
  4. Return using your desired method, making sure you obtain proof of postage.
  5. Returns are at the cost of the buyer
  6. We regret that we cannot accept responsibiity for any loss or damage during transit.
  7. Returns may take upto 14 days to be received if using Royal Mail, refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt and can take 5-10 days to appear in your bank.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights
Ensure you return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt
Once a scooter has been used outside this is an acceptance of your order and we will be unable to accept the item back.
Please make sure you are happy with your purchase prior to using.
