Set up In Norwich, England, by Martin Lott and his partner Wanrong Ma, Miss Shoes is a partnership that has been trading online for over 5 years whilst it's founders have over 10 years of eCommerce experience. It is still a family-run business which is quickly establishing a large and very loyal customer base. Customer service remains at the heart of everything Miss Shoes does.
From a small at-home storage facility, Miss Shoes now operated from two large warehouses, based in Norwich, which stock handbags, accessories and over 50,000 pairs of mens, womens and childrens shoes, with new styles arriving daily.
Our vision is simply to become one of the UK's favourite online fashion retailers, creating a distinctive brand which is dedicated, edgy, fresh, informative and inspiring.

We always reply to emails and aim to deal with all queries within one working day.
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order by Royal Mail, or courier for larger orders. Unless there are exceptional circumstances we despatch within one working day of receipt of payment to help ensure you receive your products on or before the delivery date given in our order confirmation. If no date is set you should receive the order within 21 days outside of the UK, or within 3-5 business days within the UK. We plan to offer a next working day delivery service in the future but this is not available at this time. We only deliver products within Europe.
All prices quoted include delivery within approximately 3-5 working days to the United Kingdom (including all highlands, islands, isle of man, channel islands and northern Ireland.). We do not currently guarantee to deliver on any particular day and items may take longer to arrive, particularly during busy periods.
Items can be returned for any reason within 60 days for your choice of a replacement size or a full refund. We normally procees a returned item, by giving a refund or sending a replacment, within 2 days of receiving it back. Very occasionally items are lost in the post, again we will arrange for a suitable replacement to be sent but first ask you wait two weeks from the date of payment to be certain the original pair was in fact lost.
