SHIPPING

1. Items are usually
dispatched within 1-2 working days.  
2. For orders made during weekend, bank holidays will be dispatched in 2-4
working days. 
3. All items are packed in suitable bubble envelopes or secure boxes to
ensure that they are delivered without any sort of damage risk. 
4. We always dispatched expensive items via recorded delivery to ensure that
your item is handled you securely and delivered on time.
5. Normal UK Delivery time is 2-3 workings days
6. Normal Worldwide delivery time is 5-10 working days
7. We also offer a Next Day delivery option within the UK only, which carries extra costs outlined within individual product listing information.

RETURNS

1. If you received a faulty item, simply return it within 7 days for an exchange with the right
product. After 7 days pass of your receipt of delivery then no return and
refund will be accepted. 
2. The buyer is responsible for any postal cost incurred for returning the item back to us, cost is only going to refund if goods are faulty or send wrong item from our end and need to be exchange it. 
3. If you have any query regarding a product please contact us via PLAY messaging system. We are not responsible if you contact us via alternative email address. 
4. Return items must return in its original condition just like as you received it. 
5. Return postage and insurance charges is non-refundable for items unless stated in point number

RECEIVED THE WRONG PACKAGE?

1. Receipt of incorrect
goods due to a mistake on our part can be reversed if you return the goods to
us. We can then either refund the money in the same way as you did while
paying or supply another product.
 
WANT TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Do you think that you
ordered the wrong product? Or have you changed mind about owning a certain
product that you have already ordered? According to the Distance Selling
Directive (DSD) you can cancel your order within a week of its receipt. We
would only request you to ensure that the goods are unopened and new. You may
then return the packaged goods to us within one weeks of their delivery. The
cost of return will be borne by you. Once the goods are received, in their
original condition, we will refund the value of the product to you after
subtracting the original cost of postage borne by us in sending you the
package.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN DURING WARRANTY PERIOD

 1. If your products are not up to the mark
or don??t function properly and you discover this after two weeks but within
the warranty period, you can ask for a repair or replacement by contacting
manufacture directly.

REFUNDS

1. Your money will be
refunded to you via the same method that you used to place an order.
