Items received faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. We ask you contact us with details of the item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item to us. Product that are faulty or damaged will be replaced or refunded on the day we receive the original item back and we have checked it. We will require you to send the item back to us using 2nd class post and this cost will be reimburse to you once we receive the item back, unfortunately we are unable to refund your return postage cost if any other method for return is used.
Please contact us using the feature within your account to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns slip.
