Delivery Overview

Once your order is processed via secure checkout by Play.com
it will be received by our dedicated software and is then queued for
processing, which takes a maximum of 2 working days. Customers will receive an
email to advise when an order has been shipped. Delivery is usually next
working day to mainland UK. Bicycles, wheels and other large items are shipped
on a next working day courier service. Accessories, components and other small
items are sent by 1st class Royal Mail.

Accessory/Small Item Returns

Items received damaged or an "incorrect" item

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item please
return the item to us in appropriate packaging including a covering note
(including the reason for return), Order ID, full address and a contact name
and number. We will refund your return postage in full and either refund or
resend the correct item, to the preference of the customer.

If the item becomes defective

Your receipt (email) should be kept in case of fault/deficiency.
The information will be required for any relevant warranty claim. All of our
accessories are usually covered by a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
Items being returned to us also require a covering note (including the reason
for return), Order ID, full address and a contact name and number.

In some instances a more timely solution can be achieved by
contacting the manufacturer/ supplier directly (contact information is
available upon request). In such cases warranty can be covered by either the
supplier or ourselves, to the preference of the customer.

If the item becomes defective within a reasonable time frame
return postage will be refunded.

Distance Selling Regulations

If a customer decides that the product is not correct for
them due to personal taste, quality, etc. within 7 days of receipt of the
product they are able to return them for a full refund. Items being returned to
us require a covering note (including the reason for return), Order ID, full
address and a contact name and number. Please note: products are required to be
unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

Cycle Warranty/Returns

All new boxed cycles supplied by ourselves unless stated
otherwise are usually covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty; this does
not cover wear and tear, crash damage, punctures, etc. If the bicycle suffers
damage covered by warranty please do not hesitate to contact us. We are able to
provide replacement parts or offer a collection and replacement/refund dependant
on the circumstances. Contact details above.

The bike should be returned in the same box it was supplied
in. If you no longer have the box a suitable alternative box must be used.

return if it is in an unused condition and repackaged as it was delivered. The
bike must also be returned in the same box it was supplied in. The cost of a
collection is £20 for most of the UK, Irish republic / remote areas will be
more.

Issues not covered under warranty include those which would not occur when set up and maintained properly.
Examples include buckled wheels through use, crash damage and crank arm
threads.

No refund shall be given for any bike received back with
clear evidence of a lack of maintenance, care or protection throughout its life.
