This 365-day period begins from the date of purchase.
All free P&P returned items will be subject to a £3.99 handling charge unless notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
This offer does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 7-day cooling off period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
To return goods within the 365-day period, please email us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us on 0845 1 302 141 before sending any items back. Please ensure you include the order number and contact details on any correspondence with us.
We will contact you by email or telephone to provide you with details of returning goods and a returns number which must be included with your goods when they are returned. Unless the goods are faulty or are incorrect, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs and you are also responsible for returning the goods to us.
All goods must be sent back to us by recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back with us.
You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are supplied prior to sending them back. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened or unsealed items if the goods are faulty.
If you receive the wrong goods then we will be happy to swap them for you. Goods must be returned to us by recorded delivery before replacements can be sent. Please do not send goods back to us by special delivery.
