When do you ship the item?

We ship all the items within 3-5 working Days. (Excluding sat & Sunday).

If you buy on Monday, item will be shipped on Monday or latest on Tuesday.

How long does it take to receive the item?

All our items are delivered within 3-5 working days after shipment. Our most shipments are delivered by 2 working days after shipment.

If you buy on Monday, you can expect delivery by Wednesday, Thursday.

What if I have not received the order?

It is rare but from our past experience, nearly 3% or items get delayed due to handling issues at Courier or Postal Service. If you have not received the item within 3-5 working days after shipment, please email us customercare@qinks.co.uk and our staff will track the parcel for you and provide you with tracking information. If the item does not arrive within 7 working days after shipment, excluding weekends, we will be able to ship another item.

What if I received a faulty item?

Our faulty rate is less than 1%, but if you have received a faulty item or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take the item back within 14 day money back guarantee. We will refund your return postage costs.

Do you refund return postage costs?

Yes we do. If you have received a faulty item, or item is damaged in courier or if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please email us customercare@qinks.co.uk and we will take the item back under 14 day money back guarantee and refund your return postage costs.
